Regulatory Monitoring

Monitoring the status of substances commonly used in medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging within the frameworks of REACH, CLP, Biocides, and RoHS legislation.

Providing our members with regular updates on significant industry topics, ensuring they are well-informed about the latest developments.

Collaboration with EuPC

Cooperating with & exchanging information within the European Plastics Converters Association (EuPC).

MPPE Regulatory Task Force: technical, regulatory & monitoring activities for the association members

  • Coordinating the outreach with the EDQM, the body responsible for the maintenance of the European Pharmacopeia

  • Preparing position papers on key topics (e.g. upstream supplier audits and hazardous substances)

  • Providing a forum for members that wish to contribute to the positions and activities of MPPE​​​
